Gili Air Divers

Gili Air Divers has been running since 2011 from the west coast of Gili Air, a short walk from the sunset beaches. It teaches both scuba and freediving under SSI and works in small groups, with a quieter sister centre, Gili Meno Divers, on the next island.

Scuba options run from a Basic Diver intro and kids' Scuba Explorer through Open Water, Advanced, Nitrox, Stress and Rescue and Divemaster. Fun dives cover the Gili Air, Meno and Trawangan reefs, open-sea pinnacles and Lombok muck sites, and a photographer can join. Freedivers can try a trial session, take SSI Level 1 and 2, book coaching or line training, or buy a multi-day pass. There is accommodation for dive-and-stay packages.

The shop opens daily 08:00–20:00. Its blog has useful local advice, including the tip to book morning snorkel or dive trips for calmer water and fewer boats at the statues. Book online or by WhatsApp.
