Martas Hotel

Martas Hotel is a well-kept, mid-range hotel set back from the beach just south of the village centre. Its rooms and bungalows are arranged around tropical Balinese-style gardens and a pool, with shaded daybeds for lounging, and the location is quiet while still a short walk from the beach, restaurants and harbour.

Accommodation includes standard double rooms, one-bedroom bungalows and traditional two-storey bungalows that sleep up to five, a good option for families or small groups. Breakfast is included, and the kitchen is known for authentic Indonesian dishes that are harder to find in the more Western-focused restaurants on the island.

Guests rate the comfortable beds, friendly staff and calm atmosphere. Note that the two-storey bungalows have steep internal stairs, so they are less suitable for anyone with limited mobility.
