Batatu Resort is an adults-only property on the eastern edge of Kuta, close to the Mandalika circuit and roughly half an hour's walk from the town centre, part of it along the beach. Being next to the circuit means you may hear motorbikes during the day, and rates rise on race weekends, so book early for those dates. It is a good base for couples who want a private pool and a quieter setting than central Kuta but still easy access to its cafés.
