Kenza sits on Jl. Raya Kuta in the middle of town and works as two places in one. From 7am it is a bright breakfast and lunch café with a shaded terrace and an air-conditioned room, serving acai bowls, green breakfast bowls, big cooked breakfasts, focaccia sandwiches and fresh juices alongside good coffee.
Around 5pm the menu switches to a modern French bistro format built around small plates, sharing dishes and sides, backed by one of the larger wine lists in Kuta and a cocktail menu. The kitchen leans on locally sourced ingredients and health-conscious cooking, and there is a catering and events side for private groups.
It is one of the busiest brunch spots in town, so expect a short wait at peak breakfast hours, especially in high season (July–August). The indoor air-conditioned section is a useful escape at midday. Table bookings for dinner can be made through the website or by WhatsApp; walk-ins are fine for breakfast.
Message ahead in peak season: July, August and the Christmas holidays fill up fast.
