The menu centres on the freshest local catch, prepared with top-quality ingredients under the hotel's executive chef. Reviewers single out the tuna and the scallops, and there are BBQ evenings with lamb skewers and mixed seafood. You can also order dishes from the resort's all-day restaurant, Aer, which suits groups with mixed tastes.
