Warung Pandan Inaq Rinah is one of the simple family warungs lining the sand at Tanjung Aan, the wide white-sand bay east of Kuta. Tables sit under pandan trees and shade sails with a direct view of the water, and it is an easy place to spend an afternoon between swims.
The menu covers what you want on a beach day: gado-gado with peanut sauce, nasi goreng, mie goreng, chicken sate, fried tempeh and tofu, plus breakfast options, sandwiches and young coconuts. Food arrives in woven baskets lined with paper, and prices are modest for a beachfront spot. Sunbeds can be rented nearby.
It is open from 9am to 6pm, so plan on lunch rather than dinner. Tanjung Aan is about a 10–15 minute scooter ride from Kuta, with parking near the beach. Expect hawkers on the sand; a polite 'tidak, terima kasih' usually works. Cash only.
Message ahead in peak season: July, August and the Christmas holidays fill up fast.
