Rinjani Lodge

Rinjani Lodge sits on the edge of Rinjani National Park in Senaru, about 1 km from the park entrance and the traditional Sasak hamlet of Dusun Senaru. It is the most polished place to stay in the village and is well reviewed, with a 9.2 score from more than 1,000 guests on Booking.com.

There are 13 rooms, including deluxe double bungalows, family rooms and triples, all with modern furnishings. The two infinity pools look down over the forested foothills and rice paddies to the north coast, and sunset from the pool terrace is the highlight. The restaurant is open to non-guests daily from 07:00 to 22:00 for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

It works well before or after a trek, and the Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls are a short walk away. Rooms book up in the July to August trekking peak, so reserve early.
