Innit Lombok

Innit Lombok is a design-led boutique hotel on a secluded stretch of Ekas Bay in East Lombok, next to the small village of Kampung Berore. It has just seven two-storey beach houses designed by Indonesian architects Andra Matin, Gregorius Supie Yolodi and Maria Rosantina, built from teak, bamboo, stone and concrete in a modern take on the traditional lumbung granary.

The property has a private beach of roughly 300 metres and a 35-metre infinity pool. Anakampung, the restaurant, serves seafood and Indonesian farm-to-table cooking at a long communal table, with beach barbecues where lobster is grilled over an open fire. Activities include kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, surfing, fishing trips, boat rides to Ekas village's lobster farms and snorkelling near the pink beaches across the headland. It holds a Michelin One Key and is a member of Design Hotels.
