Lombok Raya Hotel

Lombok Raya is one of Mataram's largest hotels, set in the heart of the city close to the Cakranegara shopping district. Despite its central location it feels more like a resort, with low and mid-rise wings connected by corridors around wide lawns, mature trees, a large swimming pool and a children's play area.

Rooms are spacious and practical, with safes, minibars, kettles and in many cases a bathtub. The dining room serves a wide choice of Indonesian and Western dishes. Some rooms are older than others and housekeeping can be inconsistent, but the hotel offers strong value, and booking online is often much cheaper than walk-in rates. It is a popular choice for families and groups.
